Before we start.
What counts as one project sprint?
A sprint covers one commercial objective with agreed deliverables, decision-makers, review points, and a finish line. We write that into the scope before reserving the team.
What is included in the fixed fee?
The fixed fee covers Ciaran’s creative direction, the agreed team, and every deliverable, review, QA step, source file, and handover item listed in the approved scope. Anything added after approval becomes a separate scope or change order. Hosting, paid media, premium assets, travel, third-party tools, ongoing maintenance, and monthly direction are separate. We cannot guarantee revenue, conversion, funding, or launch results.
How are project price and timing set?
After the fit call, we confirm the deliverables, team, schedule, review points, and fixed project fee. Work starts when you approve the scope.
Who will we work with?
Ciaran is your creative lead and main contact. He sets the direction, assembles the right specialists, and reviews the work before it reaches you.
Do you use AI during the sprint?
Yes. Every piece of creative work starts with a human brief and is reviewed by Ciaran before it reaches you. We use AI to accelerate research, exploration, prototyping, and production—not to set the idea, the standard, or what ships. You receive work shaped for your brand, not raw AI output.
