Aran Labs builds Aran

Keep your best people on the work that needs their judgment.

Aran maps how your creative business works, then deploys specialised agents inside the tools your team already uses. They handle the operational work around the decisions only your people should make.

Live in a London casting agency · deployed inside existing tools

The product

Specialised agents, shaped around your business.

Aran is a suite of agents. Each one handles a specific kind of operational work. Together they form a system around your workflow, your language, and your tools.

No platform migration. Your team gets only the agents that fit, working where the business already runs.

Live casting workflow

The system does the search. The casting director makes the call.

For an independent London casting agency, Aran connects research, enrichment, deduplication, segmentation, and outreach preparation around one live brief.

The paid pilot has supported live briefs since March 2026 and reclaimed more than 30 hours a week for the senior team.

The operating principle

If a decision benefits from your team's judgment, a human makes it. If it doesn't, an agent handles it.

People hold the edge

Direction, selection, client trust, cultural context, exceptions, and final approval stay visibly human.

Agents carry the weight

Research, enrichment, coordination, checking, preparation, and recurring administration run around those decisions.

Before deployment

The interview maps the business before an agent touches the work.

Over several conversations, the automated onboarding interview learns the team's moves, vocabulary, tools, handoffs, exceptions, and judgment calls.

What the interview maps

  • Recurring workflows and bottlenecks
  • Tools, documents, and sources of truth
  • Team language, standards, and exceptions
  • Decisions that must remain human

What your team receives

  • A map of the current operating workflow
  • The first high-leverage job to deploy
  • Recommended agents and integrations
  • Permissions, checkpoints, and human owners

Where Aran starts

Three kinds of operational work that keep pulling senior people off brief.

Research and intelligence

Find, enrich, compare, organise, and monitor the information a team needs before making a decision.

candidate research · market scans · brief intelligence

Operations and workflow

Keep records, handoffs, project states, and recurring coordination moving across the existing stack.

deduplication · routing · project updates

Content and communication

Prepare the recurring drafts and communication around work while keeping voice and approval with the team.

outreach prep · proposals · client summaries

Built from the work

Design judgment became the product requirement.

Aran Labs is led by Ciaran Moore, a creative director who has built brands, campaigns, and products for Vana, Gitcoin, and SOPHIE. Client work exposed a deeper problem: senior creative capacity was being lost to operational coordination.

Aran turns those live operating problems into reusable product systems. The company runs on the same human-and-agent model it deploys.

Frequently asked

Is Aran another AI platform my team has to adopt?

No. Aran is deployed around the tools and workflows the business already uses. The onboarding interview determines which agents and integrations make sense before anything is built.

Will agents make our work feel generic?

Aran is designed around the opposite distinction. Agents handle operational work; people retain direction, selection, cultural context, relationships, exceptions, and final approval.

What happens to our data?

Access is scoped to the systems needed for the pilot. Permissions, retention, human checkpoints, and data handling are documented with your team before deployment.

What happens after I apply?

We review the workflow and fit, then reply with questions or a short discovery call. A pilot is paid, deliberately scoped, and agreed before implementation begins.
