What is Aran Labs?
Aran Labs is a design-led AI studio founded in 2026. We do three things: build our own ventures, run a design practice for selected clients, and design custom AI systems. All three sides share the same model: human creative direction paired with AI agents running execution at scale.
Who founded Aran Labs?
Aran Labs was founded by Ciaran Moore, a creative director with a decade across design, technology, and emerging systems. He holds an MA from the Royal College of Art and received IDEO's Bill Moggridge Award for interaction design. He was creative director at Vana, art director at Gitcoin, and a friend and collaborator of SOPHIE from 2018 to 2021.
What do you mean by taste and speed?
AI has made creative production abundant. A week of execution is now an afternoon. What stays scarce is taste, the judgment to look at ten options and know which one is right. Our studio is built around protecting and compounding that judgment while letting agents do the production work around it.
